Returns
No returns are accepted. If you experience an issue, we will make every attempt to help you resolve the problem over Chat on our website. Tubes, by their very nature, are intended for single use. 

Refunds

We stand behind our products. We offer a 14-day manufacturer’s defect warranty. Please take photos of the issue and we will make every effort to make it right. For a lost order refund or replacement, please see our Shipping Policy.

Warranty and Manufacturer's Defects
If you believe you've experienced a failure as the result of a defect, please take high quality, high resolution photos of the area in question and send them via Chat on our website. If you're having trouble getting a good photo, any new iPhone or high end Android device should be able to take macro photos. If you aren't sure how to do this, search the internet for "Macro photos" plus the name of your phone. There are many YouTube videos and tutorials on how to take good macro photos.

If you believe you have a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receiving your tube, I will do my best to help you receive a replacement tube - on us. After 14 days, we still want to hear from you so we can continue improving the product. We are a very small community and by receiving feedback, we will be able to improve the product we all use.
