Returns
No returns are accepted. If you experience an issue, we will make every attempt to help you resolve the problem over Chat on our website. Tubes, by their very nature, are intended for single use. Because of the cost rehabbers have incurred over the years, we have all learned how to care for and make our tubes last much longer than they were ever intended or designed to do. This is even more true with our small tubes.
Warranty and Manufacturer's Defects
If you believe you've experienced a failure as the result of a defect, please take high quality, high resolution photos of the area in question and send them via Chat on our website. If you're having trouble getting a good photo, any new iPhone or high end Android device should be able to take macro photos. If you aren't sure how to do this, search the internet for "Macro photos" plus the name of your phone. There are many YouTube videos and tutorials on how to take good macro photos.
If you believe you have a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receiving your tube, I will do my best to help you receive a replacement tube - on us. After 14 days, we still want to hear from you so we can continue improving the product. We are a very small community and by receiving feedback, we will be able to improve the product we all use.
