Shipping policy

Regular Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail:
Mail pickup/dropoff is at 12 Noon, EST M-F. WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. We make every effort to ship the same day in most cases for orders placed prior to 8:00 am EST. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours Monday-Thursday, please use the Chat feature on our website and we will look into it. USPS has regular delays and stalled mail on occasion. Once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over the US Postal Service and their logistics. In the case your order is lost, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Express Shipping via USPS Priority Mail Express:
EXPRESS SHIPPING IS NOT OVERNIGHT. USPS Guarantees 2-day delivery, Monday through Friday. Orders ship same business day if placed prior to 11:00 am EST.

LARGE ORDERS and quantities greater than 10 may take up to 5 business days to ship, depending on our inventory. If we have low inventory, your order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to have in-stock inventory. Depending on inventory, your order may be split into two shipments if you need tubes right away. This isn't common but if it occurs, we will send a few immediately and the remainder within 5 business days, the additional shipping expense is on us.

Please note:

We do our absolute best to get your tubes to you as quickly as possible. On occasion, USPS does not scan incoming packages in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. If your order is lost and tracking stops updating, please let us know and we will replace or refund the order if we have surpassed the USPS guaranteed time frame.
