The familiar tiny tube, thoughtfully refined
Size 2 carries forward the tube our community has come to know and love. Its smooth, rounded tip and 0.9 mm diameter offer a small option between Sizes 1 and 3, with single lumen construction throughout.
A clear upper section lets you observe formula movement and inspect for residue during flushing. At 2.7 FR, this size remains very close to our previous 2.8 FR tube, with only a small dimensional adjustment.
Lumenline grew from a simple goal: put carefully made, durable feeding tubes within reach of the people who use them. Size 2 continues that purpose.

Lumenline is made exclusively by The Peculiar Purple Possum. The line grew from the practical needs of wildlife rehabilitation and has expanded to serve a broader range of trained animal caregivers. Closely graduated sizes, thoughtful construction, durability, and affordability have guided its development.
Use and care
For use by trained veterinary professionals, wildlife rehabilitators, and experienced animal caregivers, or under qualified, experienced guidance. Select tube diameter according to the animal’s anatomy, species, and intended application, not age or weight alone.
Wash before use and clean promptly afterward. Do not force formula through a tube that resists flushing. Discard any tube that is damaged or obstructed.
For Animal Use Only. Not for human use. Keep out of reach of children.
The tube is very flexible and well designed for tubing small animals. I wish more people knew about it!
These are terrific, and with care will last more than one season, if you're tube-feeding possums (bunnies are a little harder on feeding tubes). Sturdy but supple, and long enough to get the tube in without the syringe dangling.
Well worth every penny.
Both tubes that came were kinked in shipped presumably and one leaks. The cases are quite useful and I am using them to store my other tubes I had to purchase to replace these.

Great product! Worked wonders on 18g opossums
These are THE BEST tubes for opossum joeys. I use the 2.8 fr the most, but I also use the 1.8 fr on tiny neonates and the 3.5 fr occasionally. These rarely clog and are much safer on their delicate esophaguses! I love the cases too - I bought one for each size I use!

These tubes are absolutely perfect for baby opossums and squirrels. I handle a lot of pinkies and the tubes are flexible and soft. I like the soft rounded tip at the end. Makes me super confident and comfortable feeding the babies because it feels safe. The tubes last a long time with proper care and overall, I love these. They are my preferred tubes and the only ones I’ll buy

I love the flexibility and ease of these tubes. When you are feeding every 2-3 hours around the clock, you don't need or want any hassles with the feeding tubes. I only purchase this brand.
These tubes are so wonderful for feeding the little babies. Specifically I love the 2.8 size. It gives me the flexibility needed, but still has enough structure to not fold up on me for the 20-50 gram opies . Plus if you take care of them they don't clog up!
